Bistro

Seasoning Bistro is a casual yet sophisticated dining experience. We strive for a city vibe, but we are more friendly than formal! We don’t care what you look like; just come in and have some good food! There are two levels of dining. In the downstairs dining room, vintage pictures of locals are featured on the original brick walls and wood ceiling. You may spot Charlie Birger in a few of the photos! In the upstairs dining room, featured are: the original tin ceiling, vintage-inspired lighting, and modern decor. Decor is ever-changing – you never know what will be new from your last visit!

Seasoning Bistro Southern Illinois’ new location in Marion, IL. was started in 2011 when Troy Ray and Katie Karcher, former local culinary students, found an opportunity to start their own restaurant now in Marion, IL.
